Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for products that are:

  • In their original, unopened condition.
  • Returned in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
  • Please note that used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bynikol.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return or exchange.
  • Photos of the product if it’s defective or damaged.

    Our team will guide you through the next steps for returning the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or has arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as By NIKŌL is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you received is defective or damaged, please email us at info@bynikol.com before returning it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue
and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If your return meets the criteria, you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed promptly.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is in its original, unused condition, we will arrange the exchange, and you’ll only be responsible for shipping the returned item back to us.
